Leak Procedures

Adjustments for LeaksColumbia/Adair Utilities District offers a leak adjustment to our customers as follows:Notify our office after receiving your bill for a leak adjustment. Your total water consumption must be over 15,400 gallons to receive an adjustment. You, the customers are responsible to pay the first 15,400 gallons, which is equal to $100.00 . Any gallons above this amount will be adjusted to the price we pay for water. Once we have your new water charge, we figure any taxes and sewer rates and adjust your bill accordingly.Please contact our office for more information on leak adjustments.
