Columbia/Adair Utilities District is allways working to serve the needs of all our customers better by extending service, improving service and maintaining our current distribution and sewer services.When we plan a project there are many things to consider and a lot of work that goes on before actual construction begins. Engineering has to look and evaluate the project and prepare plans and figure cost estimates, appropriate approvals from the Division of Water, Public Service Commission has to be obtained. Most of all funding has to be obtained.Starting a new project is a lengthy process from design, funding, approvals until actual construction. Some of our current Projects are listed below with there Current Progress.
