Understanding Your Bill

Columbia / Adair Utilities District bills are due by the 10th of each month. After the 10th of each month all accounts that have an outstanding balance will be penalized.We mail disconnect notices to all accounts that have not been paid by the due date. These notices are mailed after the 10th of each month. If the balance on the account is not paid by the due date on the notice the account may be subject to disconnection. A Re-Installation Fee of $30.00 will be charged for all accounts that are disconnected due to non-payment.
